Earning Criteria

Be a native English speaker or come from a country where English is spoken on a daily basis (Philippines, Nigeria, etc.) Demonstrate perfect English skills in both speaking & writing. Complete a BA/BS in any field. Complete a 120-Hour TEFL Certification with Teaching Practicum. Submit proof of your worldwide teaching experience. Train for initial 10 hours to work as a teacher trainer. If the individual needs more training, another 10 hours will be added.

Be thoroughly familiar with all teaching methods and strategies to successfully instruct English as a foreign language. Possess exemplary skills in preparing and conducting English lessons. Prove supervisory & coaching skills in guiding trainee teachers to extraordinary success. Have a high level of self-motivation. Keep abreast of developments in teaching and in your subject area.
Standards
iTTi is an approved (accredited) center of TQUK and authorized to deliver TQUK Level 5 OFQUAL-regulated TEFL course (RQF).
iTTi is member of TESOL.org, Chartered College of Teachers, IATEFL, NATE, ACTFL, TESOL France, and TESOL LatAm
Through his/her job performance as a teacher trainer, the individual becomes eligible for a Master program in Education and receives credits towards the study. The three-year EFL-teaching requirement is waived and so are courses in lesson planning and course design.
