Earners of the COR.E Transitions Dynamics™ Specialist (CTDS) certification have completed the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) COR.E Dynamics™ training program, including all training requirements and consisting of 40 hours of instruction and practice. This includes training necessary to coach with a specialized focus applying the principles of Energy Leadership™. CTDS certified coaches support clients during common challenges with any type of transition.

Earning Criteria

Complete all coursework and practicum as well as successfully pass the two-part written exam. Completion of the CTDS certification is equivalent to 40 Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEU). While there are transitions in all areas of life, a CTDS certified coach focuses on common challenges such as changing jobs, careers, geography/location changes, and relationship status.
