Complete courses: Ethics for the Real Estate Manager (ETH800), Managing Commercial Properties (CML201)
Complete & pass 100 multiple-choice questions covering topics in commercial property budgeting, human resources, risk management, leasing, and marketing.
Complete official application.
Provide proof of a total of one year (12 months) of experience in a real estate management position, managing a minimum portfolio size, and performed a minimum number of functions as defined by IREM.
Graduate: Application is reviewed to verify portfolio and IREM chapter endorsement process.
