Earning Criteria

Ethics for the Real Estate Manager (ETH800) and Managing Residential Properties (RES201)
Complete and pass the 100 multiple-choice exam covering topics in residential property budgeting, human resources, risk management, leasing, and marketing.
One year (12 months) of experience managing residential property with a minimum portfolio size and performing a minimum number of functions as defined by IREM.
Complete the final application.
IREM review of final application and IREM chapter endorsement.
