Earners of the Essence Certified badge have a fundamental understanding of the OMG standard Essence and how to use games to unlock insights into how their teams can understand and improve their practices.
Better Scrum Through Essence 3 day course with exam. Exam pass mark 70% They may have demonstrated this through attendance at the Better Scrum Though Essence course and passing the exam.
Competence may have been demonstrated to the same level as the Better Scrum Through Essence course or higher level and observed and certified by an IJI assessor
