Digital storytelling workshop is aimed at anyone with an interest in developing the use of stories within their personal or professional practice. It is of particular benefit to practitioners in curriculum design, public engagement with research and supporting students, particularly students from underrepresented groups.

The course consists of two participative online workshops with tasks to be completed between each session:

Session 1 – Becoming a storyteller and Planning and visualising a digital story

Session 2 – Making your story digital

Course outcomes are that this participant will have:

Evaluated existing digital stories to determine effective practice; Written, planned and produced a digital story based on your own personal or professional experiences; Created a draft plan for your own digital storytelling project; Produced take away materials and skills to share with your teams; Shown evidence of your CPD through digital credentials available on completion of certain activities; Shared good practice and learnt from others from within the education community
