The League of Innovation in the Community College annually recognizes staff members from each of its member colleges who have designed and implemented a significant innovation during the past year. The earner is regarded as a highly influential innovator and is capable of solving problems through creative processes and design thinking.

Earning Criteria

Be nominated by a colleague as an innovator.
Attach a one-page description of the innovative project or activity. Attach any supporting materials relevant to the project for documentation purposes.
Be reviewed by a committee of prior recipients based on predetermined criteria. Criteria includes quality, efficiency, cost effectiveness, replication, creativity, and timeliness.
