Earning Criteria

During a 5.5-hour training, participants explored ICS Inventory core concepts, identified personal conflict styles, and recognized style characteristics. They learned to navigate diverse styles, apply conflict resolution strategies, and set goals for effectiveness across cultures. Through interactive exercises, they gained insights into different conflict resolution strategies to enhance their intercultural conflict resolution abilities.
