These are the individuals who do GREAT things in the classroom, or go out of their way to ensure student learning, success and leadership, and are innovative within the roles they serve on campus.

Be nominated by a colleague.

Be reviewed by a committee of prior recipients based on predetermined criteria. Criteria includes demonstrate experiences leading to student success; provide outstanding service to the college community; demonstrate consistent leadership/participation in professional development opportunities to enhance area of expertise; engage in innovative approaches to support the strategic initiatives & mission of the college; & demonstrate service to the college that has advanced principles.
