Earning Criteria

An earner must be nominated by supervisor or with their supervisor's support.

Be reviewed by a committee of employees based on predetermined criteria. Criteria includes customer focus; potential impact; innovation/entreprenuership; above and beyond scope of normal job duties; & collaboration/community.
