Earning Criteria

  • DEVELOPING THE LEADER WITHIN YOU; Participants will work through John C. Maxwell's ten leadership and team building principles that he believes everyone should know and understand in order to move beyond simply managing people to leading them.
  • COLORCODE; Participants will leave with an understanding of their own strengths and development opportunities during the Colorcode session, by allowing more proactive strategy that fosters a sense of "one team" such as making decisions in which everyone is able to be heard.
  • CAPTIVATING PRESENTATIONS; Participants will learn tips and tricks to creating engaging and powerful presentations. Content will range from basic PowerPoint rules and design to storyline and mental preparation. When they leave, participants will have tools for being a more captivating speaker.
  • 7 HABITS OF HIGHLY EFFECTIVE PEOPLE; Participants explore how to achieve personal and interpersonal effectiveness, based on concepts from “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People,” written by Stephen R. Covey. Participants not only learn to be more effective, but also how to use processes and tools to live and apply the 7 Habits every day.
