  • KP STORY & Innovation; Dr. Paul Bernstein, Kaiser Permanente official historian, will share our origins as the first true health care system and how that has impacted where we are today and where we are going as an organization.

The Hendrie Method™ teaches you to communicate effectively with anyone in any situation. You actively learn the Three Key Elements needed to develop natural, effective delivery styles.
