Designed to develop and enhance participants’ existing leadership skills in communication and trust. Participants will return with a heightened awareness of emotional intelligence and the value it plays in our everyday interactions. They will combine the tools from this program to communicate effectively with the ability to extend, build, and restore trust. Interdependent Leadership delivers a powerful learning experience through creating a forum to understand the interdependence of KP.
