Earning Criteria

KP STORY & FC UNCONSCIOUS BIAS; Dr. Paul Bernstein, Kaiser Permanente official historian, will share our origins as the first true health care system and how that has impacted where we are today as an organization. Unconscious Bias Experiential Learning Program will guide the participants to foster an inclusive work environment.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT ESSENTIALS; This course will guide participants through the essentials of the people and project management process: Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor/Control, and Close. They will learn to implement a disciplined process to execute projects and to master informal authority to inspire the team.
Group Dynamics-Best Team Wins & BRANDING; In this unique, highly interactive workshop, participants will be invited to engage in activities designed to deepen their understanding of group/team dynamics and the huge factor that “trust” plays in group dynamics. Designed to help polish existing skills and improve professional image. This work session provides important tools for building solid, productive relationships with business associates.
INFLUENCE & COMMUNICATION; Using how we Influence, and Communication skills refresh to help communicate more effectively in life. Focus is on the written word, spoken word and on improving active listening techniques.This experiential course is geared at improving communication skills in the workplace but can be applied in any aspect of life.
MINDFULNESS; Mindfulness is paying attention (on purpose) in the present moment, without judgment. Participants will learn how to use mindfulness to relate differently to stress – through mindful movement, meditation, and group discussion. The course teaches practical ways to integrate mindfulness into daily life to build and sustain a personal mindfulness practice.
