The earner applied convergent facilitation tools to help groups analyze ideas, narrow and refine thoughts and options, and progress logically to their top solutions. Participants explained each tool (Anonymous prioritizing, decision matrices, rank voting, quadrant diagrams, levels of agreement, sticky dot voting, and paired comparisons) and identified cases for use and application. Earner built scaffolded facilitated community dialogue.
