Inquiry Teaching with KS AgroScience

This course covers the basics of inquiry based agriculture education pedagogy, Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS), the identification of common crops in Kansas, with an emphasis on resources for hands on teaching using the Kansas Corn kits for classrooms and the Kansas Soybean. Participants will demonstrate ability to apply NGSS science standards to agriculture ecosystems in science education.
