The earner of this badge has completed the NACADA Leadership Onboarding Course. Earners will have an awareness of/access to: NACADA's missions, vision, strategic goals, and Pillars of Academic Advising; and an awareness of common expectations of a NACADA leader, the role of research/scholarly activity, the importance of DEISJ considerations, and basic leadership principles. Earners will be able to apply these leadership skills and understanding of DEISJ topics in their current leadership role.
