Overview of Accessible PDF Forms

One of the most daunting tasks in creating accessible PdFs is to create a PDF form that is accessible. Forms that often confront those using adaptive technology have form controls but are not tagged, have form controls and are tagged, but the form controls are not in the Tags Tree or are tagged PDF forms with the form controls in the Tags Tree but no Tooltips. Forgetting any component of an accessible tagged PDF form means the the form is not accessible.
