Tier 3 Office 365 badge will be a more in-depth experience with troubleshooting. You will be required to interpret SARA logs and user your knowledge to solve problems. The tier 3 badge will be the test of practical application and will require a hands on troubleshooting with the information learned from the Tier 1 and Tier 2 badges.
