The earner completed a study of the book by Steve Jones and Lucas Jadin, “The Twin Thieves” – a parable of leadership and mentorship skills. As a part of study, provided a presentation of a chapter and included personal or professional examples of the cultural tools in use. Facilitated further discussion and actions to implement the chapter in their own environment.
The earner used the text to design a change within their scope of control. As part of the team, they supported Key Topics for Change Agents: Servant Leadership, Culture of Coaching, Culture of Accountability, Leader Standard Work.
The earner sustained the change through the Operations Excellence system and recorded results for improvement. Through interpreting both experience and academic knowledge, created Key Messages for Change Agents and other mentorship groups.
