Earners of the badge for the Culture of Accountability have attended a live training session, provided feedback for using the Culture of Accountability, and applied the tool to Change Management and the Mindsets, Behaviors and Capabilities bubble in OPEX. Earners demonstrated application of the Results Pyramid and Steps to Accountability tools within their OPEX systems and teams. Additionally, earners have implemented Focused Feedback and included the tool in their Daily Accountability Process.

Earning Criteria

Culture of Accountability Seminars. The earner completed a study of the Culture of Accountability by Partners in Leadership. This study included the topics of: the Results Pyramid, Steps to Accountability, and the Feedback model.

Active Participant. As a part of study, the earner participated in experiential break-out sessions where they immediately applied the tools to current situations that they see in their functional area. In the break-out, they were part of mutually-supportive groups. They gave feedback to others and, in turn, asked for feedback with their culture changes.

OPEX Application. The earner used the above tools to design a Culture change or Change Story for their functional area. The earner sustained a Culture change or Change Story over an OPEX wave and recorded the results of the MBC improvement in a TIP. Through both knowledge and experience, the earner deployed a successful change.
