Earners demonstrated application of the OBW continuous improvement tools for standards within their teams. Additionally, earners codified the change with updated standards, implemented changes through training, and continued to monitor habits through health checks.

Observations and Feedback The earner completed observations and feedback of the current standards in use with the teams. As a part of observations, the earner completed tasks such as: Leader Standard Work to assess current state, Focus Group of affected team members, and Formal Feedback with leaders.

The earner used the above tools to design a change to the current written standards documentation. As part of the network, they summarized the impact of change to teams and gathered Change Agent feedback in catch-ball sessions.

The earner created sustained the change tools in the form of a training guide and health check criteria. Through both knowledge and experience, the earner deployed a successful change through delivered training and a guide to proliferate across the network.
