Earning Criteria

Learning: The earner completed a study of the Brand PIE: Performance, Image and Exposure. As a part of study, the earner learned and participated in topics such as: gathering feedback and generating a personal brand statement.

Practice: The earner participated in experiential learning where they: completed a descriptive self-assessment, asked for and gave feedback, and turned their problem-solving skills to the gap analysis between the self image and the feedback image.

Reflection: The earner created sustainment plan for change through self-discovery. They challenged the gaps with a 5 Why exercise, they devised a plan to ask for help from specific sponsors and mentors, and they developed new habits in order to realize the personal brand.
