The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee (DEI) is comprised of employees who personally care about DEI, have critical thinking skills and act as advocates. The Committee works closely with senior leaders and program owners to provide feedback and guidance to ensure alignment with the Kinaxis strategy and help design processes and programs that support and accelerate DEI goals. Members of the Committee have personal relevance, critical thinking and are company advocates.

Members of the Committee personally care about DEI. They read books, research best practices, reflect on the injustices that still exist in society, are aware of how bias and privilege impact our communities and are curious to learn from others. They are able to analyze complex subjects and draw reasonable conclusions based on diverse views, data points and objectives. They are strongly aligned with our vision, values and culture and want to see Kinaxis succeed, while caring about co-workers.
