Earning Criteria

The IT Diversity and Inclusion Champion recognizes those who advocate for an inclusive environment, actively work towards minimizing bias and discrimination, remove barriers, and raise awareness about diversity and inclusion matters in the technology industry. This person is driven to advance equality in the workplace and is sensitive to other cultures, free of racial stereotypes, does not allow unconscious bias to negatively impact their team and treat all with equal importance and value.
