A group of role models, advocates and team players that focuses on culture and aims to represent the voice of our workforce. They keep a pulse on the culture within functional groups and geographies, provide guidance to Executive Leadership on culture-related matters and share stories that embody our culture and values. Also, they propose and develop programs that support Kinaxis culture, values and initiatives. They enable peer-to-peer connections and are a feedback channel for the workforce.
