Self-awareness is having an understanding of your own thoughts, feelings, values, beliefs and actions. The earners of this badge have begun to identify their own skillsets and areas of needed growth as well as how their skills fit in to a team whether through classes or within a work setting. They can articulate the expectations and behavior needed for work environments or class settings.
