The course objective is to propose, plan and execute a full-scale project under typical organizational constraints. Following a project through the life cycle, resolving issues of performance, and scheduling and control while addressing questions of leadership and management.

The methods of assessment include written papers with a minimum passing score of 70 percent.

The methods of instruction include audio visual materials, lecture, discussion, learner presentations, practical exercises, and classroom exercises. The general course topics include team building, preproposal analysis and planning, proposal kickoff and preparation, post award planning, negotiation/agreement, implementation, and closeout modality.
