Earners of the IGNITE badge have completed the Gold Fields development programme where they learned and practiced leadership skills required to drive and shape the Gold Fields Way and improve collaborative delivery. Earning Criteria

Complete the Korn Ferry Leadership Solution Assessment which measures leadership competencies, traits and drivers for this level of leadership and obtain feedback from a Certified Coach.
Complete three workshop modules covering all critical concepts of leadership needed to drive and shape the culture of Gold Fields.
Work with a selected Executive Coach to put the learnings into practice and work on individual development goals.
