KF START: Delivers content around Korn Ferry's business mix, evolution, values and differentiators. Participants gain access to and become familiar with the key tools and resources to perform, communicate, and network with colleagues. - 16 hours

KF CORE: Combines content covering the foundational skills and expectations for client delivery within Korn Ferry’s RPO & Projects business including the foundational elements of inclusive hiring practices. Examples include: Recruitment process skills, Korn Ferry IP, and DE&I - 8 hours

KF SKILL: Provides a set of courses aimed at developing and fine-tuning behaviors, skills and communication. These courses set a foundation, sharpen approach, elevate consultative engagement and can be a building block to set employees on a path for ongoing development through an expansive course offering. Examples include: Candidate management, Outreach, Communication Skills, and Conflict Resolution. - 14 hours

KF CLIENT: Validation of the knowledge that must be achieved in order to deliver for our clients. Including understanding client-specific performance expectations, process expectations, their value proposition and talent strategy.
