Pre-work: Think through a previous sales meeting or one you’re planning (1 hr.)

SPIN Selling Conversations (e-learning): SPIN® Selling Conversations is a sales training program that teaches B2B selling best practices to help sellers master the art of customer conversations. Designed to help sales professionals at all levels, SPIN® Selling Conversations includes immersive exercises and activities that help participants acquire the skills they need to own the dialogue (3.5 hrs.)

Post-work: Using what you learned in SPIN, redo the Pre-work activity and meet with your peer group to share learnings (1.5 hrs.)

Connecting Experiences (virtual instructor-led coaching session): Participants will gain a solid and practical grasp of the SPIN methodology and how its application will take them to a deeper understanding of the client's issues/challenges whilst being able to frame our capabilities (2 hrs.)
