It provides client-based certification of knowledge, demonstrated ability, level of experience, and an established record of success in Kyndryl services engagements. It ensures that each engagement is delivered with the same degree of skill and professionalism.

Earning Criteria

Engagement Experience - Experienced in or can lead in one discipline within the market with a working knowledge of others. Works on client engagements, leads small teams or manages routine technical/operational activities or departments (national or international). Utilizes expertise to influence engagements outside the department or function directly.
Obtain an Endorsement Letter from an Engagement Lead (i.e., CSE, CPE) and Country SSM Leader or Country Solutions Executive / VP of Sales.
Mentorship and Giveback - The candidate must provide evidence about how they committed at least 40 hours of time and effort to develop talent and capabilities across the CTS Profession and how they set examples through their own personal growth and development and by coaching and mentoring others. The "Giveback" activity takes place in addition to the primary job mission of the candidate and brings value to Kyndryl and the profession.
Education - Complete all of the current Global Solutions required education.
Job Role - Applicant must have minimum of 3 years experience as band 9 or Band 10 Client Technical Solutioner.
Enroll into Workday Learning Certificate Program.
