Earning Criteria

Obtain an Endorsement Letter from an Engagement Lead (i.e., CSE, CPE) and Country SSM Leader or Country Solutions Executive / VP of Sales.

Mentorship and Giveback - The candidate must provide evidence about how they committed at least 40 hours of time and effort to develop talent and capabilities across the CTS Profession and how they set examples through their own personal growth and development and by coaching and mentoring others. The "Giveback" activity takes place in addition to the primary job mission of the candidate and brings value to Kyndryl and the profession.
