Earning Criteria

Experience - Two years of experience is required to earn this badge. Provide the date assigned as a Partner, Delivery or Senior Partner, Delivery. (Other Partner roles do not apply.) The two years must be within the past 3 years, otherwise the skills will not be a match to the current version of certification.

Submit a Certification Application - Write your certification application by answering the questions in the template. Questions must be answered completely and provide insights into your skills and knowledge so that the board members who get assigned to interview you can use them to formulate additional questions.

Set up 3 interviews - You will be provided with the names and emails of 3 board members. You will set up a 1- hour meeting with each one separately so they can interview you and make their decision regarding your certification. Each interviewer will provide an approve or decline vote. Approvals will automatically issue a badge. Declines will initiate a gap analysis with feedback to the candidate for improvement.
