Earning Criteria

• Evidence expertise through customer referrals. Each referral values 1 point. Submission includes the evidence through customer email, customer sat survey/NPS or Technical Leader/DPE testimonial happened within the last 12 months. Evidence should also state the project/work done, time period and how the candidate expertise contributed to the project (customer email should refer the project or work done by candidate)
• Each valid/non expired Microsoft Advanced certification values 1 point. Evidence is the certification screenshot of a valid (non expired/non retired) certification or the Microsoft Transcript (a personal document generated from the Microsoft Learning dashboard). All Microsoft education is available at no cost in Microsoft ESI Portal, including certifications
• Earn Microsoft non Fundamental certifications
• Microsoft Cloud has 6 pillars: Infrastructure, Data and AI, Digital App and Innovation, Modern Work, Business Applications, and Security. To be certified in more than one pillar support knowledge broadness, required to succeed in Cloud business. Having more than one active/non expired Microsoft certification in 2 or more pillars values 1 point. Fundamental and Advanced certifications are valid.
• All Microsoft education are available at no cost for Kyndryl in Microsoft ESI Portal, including the certifications. Acquire Microsoft knowledge in multiple technology pillars
• KUfM will recognize expertise, achieved through knowledge acquisition. It's important to describe a project sold or implemented where skills or expertise was key for success. Evidence must include Solution description containing customer name, date of deal closing or implementation finish, and solution description stating Microsoft components, Kyndryl services and why skills or expertise helped Kyndryl to win the deal or have a successful implementation
• Help others succeed is an important step in building a career and a learning opportunity itself. Giveback will be measured leveraging either of the following:
• Kyndryl Mentor badge
• Kyndryl Speaker/Instructor badge
• Evidence includes either of the following:
• Credly badge transcript
• A MCT certificate
• Each one of the criteria will grant one point and the candidate must earn a minimum of 6 points being at least one point for Solution selling/implementation, 1 for Giveback and 1 point related to active/non expired certifications (either advanced Microsoft certifications or Microsoft cross pillar certifications)
• Enroll into Workday Learning Certificate Program.
