The badge applicant is required to mention the names of at least three mentees, and attach their email confirmations for having had a valuable mentoring relationship.

Must have mentored at least three mentees; with each mentoring relationship having completed a period of at least three months

Must have successfully performed mentoring activities from which the mentee gained benefits and career development support

Each mentoring relationship must have had at least 3 one-on-one connections, working to develop the area of interest of the mentees: career progression, certification, networking, socialization etc.
