Applicant must be a Kyndryl employee.

If applicant is a first line manager they must have greater than 3 yrs of people management experience OR complete Amplify Performance and Manager impact through Signature Experiences courses.

If applicant is a manager of managers they must have greater than 3 yrs experience of managing managers OR complete Shaping the culture from the 2nd line workshop.

Applicant must provide evidence of having demonstrated one or more of the following capabilities: - Coaching / Mentoring - Co-facilitating sessions / Being an expert speaker for internal Kyndryl sessions.
