Complete the Leader's Edge program, which covers: presentation skills, metrics and reporting, organization of service coverage, effective communication, hiring process, quality management, RCA, feedback, legal rights session, cost management and more.

Pass the exam assessment with a score of 80% or higher.

Succeed in role play activity, that includes various scenarios, which relate to various business activities. The participants are required to show their analytical and communication skills, critical thinking and analyzing the situation from different perspectives. Participants must show their readiness to deal with various situations during a face-to-face conversation with members of management and HR. Badge earners must demonstrate passion for leadership and should be high-performers.

Validation of criteria is done by the badge owner based on the program participation and results trackers and feedback from the role play. Participant must only provide the evidence of final test results which they receive by email.
