Earning Criteria

• The applicant must be a Kyndryl employee.
• SRE Certification Board: Certified SREs invited to serve on the Profession Certification Board as reviewers and have invested substantial time reviewing, validating claims, interviewing applicants, and providing recommendations to approve or decline applications for certification are eligible for the SRE Profession Champion credential.
• SRE Global Assets: From time to time, the Site Reliability Engineering Profession or the Site Reliability Engineering Center of Excellence will announce a call for participation to practicing SREs to contribute to the creation or update of general-purpose collateral, assessments or tools to be used in the course of executing SRE engagements. Volunteers contributing to these efforts may be eligible for the SRE Profession Champion credential.
• SRE Community Giveback: Practicing SREs that frequently volunteer for speaking engagements and harvesting success stories have demonstrated verifiable external eminence that results in greater adoption of SRE and may be eligible for the SRE Profession Champion credential.
• Auto-Accept Badges: Organizations on your auto-accept list are allowed to issue badges that do not require you to manually accept before appearing on your profile. You can enable auto-accept on Credly.
• Enroll into Workday Learning Certificate Program.
