Successful completion of the LATTC Culinary Arts Pathway Culinary Nutrition Course with a score of 70% or higher.

Demonstrated nutritional principles by developing a 700-calorie, three-course meal, with under 600 milligrams of sodium, 1300 milligrams of sugar, and a balance of all five food groups within 3 hours of receiving the request.
