Earners of the Excellence in Online Course Design badge have completed the Peer Online Course Review (POCR) process and have at least one online course designated by the CVC as aligned with the California Virtual College-Online Education Initiative (CVC-OEI) Course Design Rubric. Consequently, the earner has at least one course identified as "Quality Reviewed" in the CVC Exchange. Earner has demonstrated excellence in the areas of Content Presentation, Interaction, Assessment, and Accessibility.
