Earners of the badge demonstrate their readiness to be employed by successfully completing a mock interview done by employers of the L.A. Chamber of Commerce Health Sector Collaborative. During the mock interview, candidates can complete a job application, pass written tests on math and customer service, and submit a resume and cover letter. Earners demonstrate appropriate dress, professional demeanor, attitude, and communication skills.
