Participants in the four-module interactive program, Leadership Development, learn how to develop their leader mindset, building trusting relationships with the individuals on their team. Participants in this program learn how to develop their team’s talent – through delegation, coaching and feedback. In addition, participants learn to lead with a vision that inspires high performance and team connection. The final session includes developing your individual Leadership Philosophy.
