Leadership Essentials April 2023
Leadership Essentials is a six-session interactive program, where participants learn how to develop their leadership mindset, and build trusting relationships with the individuals on their team. Participants in this program learn how to develop their team’s talent – through delegation, coaching, and feedback. They also learn to lead with a vision that inspires high performance and team connection. The capstone event is an exercise to develop their individual Leadership Philosophy.

Earning Criteria

Participant has completed a four-module interactive virtual program with additional kickoff and wrap-up modules. Participant has also completed online course assignments and worked interactively with peer leaders in the program.
