This program was designed to equip new and emerging leaders on their journey from individual contributor to leading and developing others. Earners of the Leading Change to Better Science badge focused on core leadership skills and behaviors. Participants learned how to further enable their leader mindset and build credibility based on trusting relationships with individuals on their teams and across the organization.
