Participants completed a month long interactive virtual program with three interactive virtual learning sessions along with a Celebratory Badge Completion/Executive Alumni Networking Event. The Leadership Skills Badge is focused on developing your Personal Brand through face to face and social media interactions, understand the skills needed to adapt through Change and understand how to Managing Up in the workplace.
