Participants explore the mindset shift that happens when you’re tapped to lead a larger team with direct reports who are leaders. Participants learn how to protect their focus on true business drivers and liberate their teams to be autonomous and accountable and challenge their direct reports to grow. Participants complete a capstone where they confirm their action plans and commit to the behaviors needed to expand their reach across their organizations and create a lasting impact for the teams.
