Medline Management Essentials program is designed to provide new managers with the mindset and skillsets necessary for becoming a successful people manager. This badge acknowledges the completion of MME Phase I which includes 2 components: (1) Synchronous course curriculum (2) Asynchronous online course work. Throughout the program, participants are given pre & post assignments and an accountability partner to help increase reinforcement, sharing of best practices, and on-the-job application.
