Renew is a five-session interactive program, where participants learn how to develop an inclusive leadership mindset, and build trusting relationships with the individuals. Participants in this program learn how to lead in a way that aligns with the organization’s DEI values & goals. They also learn to lead with a vision that inspires high performance and team connection. The cumulative activity is an exercise to develop and refine their individual Leadership Philosophy.
