Participants in the 8-month Building the Future program are focused on strategic thinking. They learn about global mindset; product mindset; analytical thinking; strategic analysis; leading through change; and activating and executing strategy. Participants can be expected to leverage systems thinking for positive impact; use data to make effective decisions; proactively adapt to the changing business environment; and exhibit critical leadership skills to effectively face business challenges.
