Winning at Wintrust
Participants completed a comprehensive year-long high potential leadership development program: Winning at Wintrust. Winning at Wintrust focuses on developing leadership skills that include self-awareness, accountability, providing feedback, holding difficult conversations, leading change in times of ambiguity, and developing and demonstrating managerial courage. Program participants also honed their project management skills through intensive work on a business initiative capstone project.
